I managed to get a contact from one forum and I must say that her service is good. Despite my last minute questions or changes, she will commodate.
On our 1st day (29112013), we woke up at around 8.30 am so that we can be early and have our breakfast before we fly. Our flight is at 1.45pm.
Mei was so excited.
We couldn't get a cab and in the end, I have to on call for one. The operator is damn unfriendly and worst bad of all, directed me to the automated answering service before I could tell her that we have 4 luggages and probably had to get a bigger cab. Oh well, we waited for the cab to arrive and phew, the uncle managed to ferry all of us plus the luggages.

After we are done with our check in, we went straight to Mcdonald for breakfast cos all of us are super hungry!
After breakfast, we check in and roamed about while waiting for my friend, Linda.
See, he can dozed off at anytime and anyplace. hahahahaha.

Mr. Wu came with this vehicle to pick up and it's almost 6pm + when we reached Taipei. OK, this was not taken on the day we reached as it was already dark by then!
We decided to go straight to Shi Lin Night Market, to eat and shop so that no time is wasted!
So damn cold, it's 14 degrees!!!!

After we had our fill, we headed to the Ming Shu at Ximending:
No lift! We are staying on the 3rd storey and we had to carry our luggages all the way up! OMG!
The owner welcoming us at this wee hour!. hehehe
The room is small but we are quite happy with it.
We are surprised to see Brikenstock around the area that we are staying. It seems to be a popular brand for my kids.
