Since last year, I have been going in circle with Singtel.
They are simply not interested to settle the issue that they have with me... Kept shelving my matters and don't bother to return my calls but instead replied me via mail!!!
Even happily deposited the cheque that I have sent with a letter and treat the balance as outstanding for months.... After then happily gave me a reminder for 50cts and another final reminder for 50cts again!
I were very mad, I called again on 11/3 and were told that the person in charge will call me again and that the 50cts will be waived.
The whole organization seems to be very messy, on 17/3 I received the final reminder for another 50cts!! WTH!
Luckily I managed to get the email of the CEO from one of the forum which I frequently visit and I wrote to her.
Indeed the power of CEO is great, very great! I got a call from the manager and also the customer service manager the next day!
I had a long talk with the manager and of course pouring my unhappiness with Singtel especially with the officer... I am so damn sway to be "served" by that idiotic officer. Just sit on it and did nothing.
Finally, after so many months, I have a full waiver!
Next time, I will remind myself not to use GPRS when I am overseas. No point and also not worth it! Especially with the current provider!
