Well this personal trainer is no other than my son.... hahaha
Quan taught me to skip for 15 seconds and rested for 45 seconds and start the routine again for 10 times. Wow, really perspire alot!
No choice, I ate so much today... 1 big bowl of rice for lunch and another big packet of mixed vege rice for dinner... Wow Wow.. must really get down to work to get rid of the excess...
Hopefully, I will do it again tomorrow, the day after and so on...
Must be persistant.... Jia You!
