Singtel

As soon as we touched down, we received an sms from Singtel informing that we have incurred an estimated of $577 for Autoroam GPRS Data usage!!!!! WTH, I remember I did used it to access to SIA website cos I had wanted to check seat but it hangs on me and I log off and on for several times. The last time I used it, I totally forgotten about it and it just hangs there for about 30 mins!!! With this, I had to pay $577!!! Getting frustrated and angry with Singtel. After 2 years, I am going to terminate everything I have with them and switch to other providers, afterall, there are two others available....  

I received Singtel bill today, 09/12/09 and to my antonishment, we have incurred a total of $1,374.05!!!!!!!! WTH, how to pay this high bill???


I called Singtel to launch a complaint as I didnt use the data usages at all, it just hung! If I had happily used it, I wouldn't mind paying for it but the fact is I didnt at all!!!


I just came to know that it's $22 per byte for GPRS roaming overseas, this is damn ridiculous!!! Such a high cost, if I had known, I wouldn't have even touched it!!!!!


So mad.....


Now I have to wait for Singtel to investigate and revert to me.....
