Liang Food's customer service sucks!
Wrote email to them, no response and you have to send a reminder then they will act. Over the phone attitude is no good either.
After the foods, I emailed to them on the comments on the foods and nothing from them. No appreciation? Don't bother, at least I have feedback. Now it's up to them to decide whether they want to continue in this way or improve.
The delivery assistant is good and patient, at least one plus point for them.!
