It's my off day today so I thought I should try making some kueh cos I still have plenty of cake flour, all purpose flour and self-raising flour.
Instead of self-raising flour, I make this Huat Kueh with cake flour cos I want to use up the cake flour 1st and I can't imagine that I actually steamed it instead of baked it. Stupid me! Anyway the colour is horrible.. I have yet to taste it, will try it tomorrow and update again. 
Try this Pulut Srikaya once again... Pandan is excluded cos I have forgotten to buy it but it is definitely much better than the 1st try:-
I gave Bee Kwang and Theresa a piece each for testing and they gave me honest comments which I will try on my next attempt. Thanks Buddies!
Besides these, I make marcaroli soup for dinner as well...
