Lift Encounter

A man (looked like a filippino) came out from the the lift with it fully loaded with his stuffs and 3 luggages. Immediately I asked Mei to press the lift button for him. This man didnt even apologised after taking some time to unload his stuff, not only that he didnt even thank Mei for pressing open the lift for him so that he could unload. Worst of all, his stuffs after unloading occupy 3/4 of the front space just infront of the lift door! How to get into the lift with all those things blocking... :-? The other lift took some time to come down and Lee was very mad. He told Mei to release the holding and said that man didnt even bother to say thank you, why must she keep on doing it for him?? #-(

Along the way, Lee kept on complaining and said no point being so good and not being appreciated. I told Lee that Mei is doing a good deed and she is doing it for herself. That man didnt thank her, it's ok cos it's him who is at the losing end not Mei, anyway, Mei didnt do it to get gratitude but doing it out of good deed.

I really pity Mei.... Doing a good deed without being thank for or appreciated and yet got scolded by Lee... :(
