Banana Bread??

I got a recipe from the net and found it to be easy so I tried it out today.

Instead of normal standard flour, I bought cake flour!

In turn out not very nice, anyway I tried and I will attempt to do it again another time.

Look at this..... presentable right? hahaha









and this?? Over bake cos I sent it back to the oven again!









I cut off the top and bottom layer cos majority are burnt and quite hard. Then I cut it into slices.









It tastes more like banana kueh rather than bread or cake....

Another new creation... hahaha

But it's ok, will try again when I have the time..
