This time, I used 2 slices of bread instead.. but the egg will flow out from in between the breads so the thick ones from Bread Talk is still better for this simple dish..

Afterall, it's just for fun but my kids do enjoy... and this is what has encouraged me to try other dishes. Will update as soon as I have try out new ones...

How to do it? Just place the egg on the bread and toast?
My 1st try - I bought the thick bread from Bread Talk and cut a square (about the same size of the cheese) but do not cut thru. Must leave a base so that the cheese can sit on it. Then put in the cheese and break the egg on top of it, sprinkle some pepper and toast it. I set my temperature at 180 degree and waited for about 5 mins... throughout the period, I will pee and see whether they are done but sadly they are always overdone...
