Egg & Cheese Toast

I saw this on the net and thought I should make for my kids as it looks like a simple to prepare breakfast dish, so I went to Bread Talk and bought the thick slice of bread... 6 slices at $2.80.

Gosh.... looks a little burnt! Must be the temperature that I have set, maybe it's not right...

So I tried the 2nd time and the result is almost the same, althought it did looked a little bit better

Luckily my kids like it, but I guess I wont be trying for some time as it is a very "heaty" dish... Don't want them to get sore throat or fall sick..
